Pace HomesPace resides in Santa Rosa County in the northernmost part of the state, the Florida Panhandle. Pace is named after James G. Pace, who originally owned large paper, turpentine and lumber productions that operated throughout the southeastern United States in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Pace real estate is known for its seafood fare. Chet's Seafood is recognized as one of the top destinations for Pace locals and visitors with entrees like fresh grouper, crab claws and cheese grits. Other iconic restaurants in the area include The Cutting Board and Nikko Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar. The Oops Alley Family Entertainment plaza has a bowling alley, bar, banquet hall and pool hall, along with a restaurant, but Mill Creek Plaza is perhaps known as the largest shopping center in Pace. Oak Plaza and Fayard Square also provide tons of upscale shopping opportunities.

Pace is a family-friendly town with lots of things to do, mostly centered around great seafood and music. The Beulah Sausage Festival is held every year and offers a chance to taste some eclectic and gourmet sausage from local and national vendors. From weekly outdoor markets offering the best selection of fishing game and more, many of Pace residents also find nearby events in Pensacola to attend, like the annual Pensacola Seafood Festival.
